All Spring Mobile branded accessories come with a lifetime warranty. "Lifetime Warranty" accessories can be exchanged for the same make and model of original purchase.

Spring Mobile Refund Policy

Cash refunds on cash sales only on day of original purchase. All refunds made after date of purchase will be issued a refund check payable to the original customer, except credit card purchases which must be returned on same card as original purchase. If original card is unavailable a refund check will be issued to the original customer.

Spring Mobile Return Policy

New Handsets, Bluetooth accessories and Memory Cards may be exchanged or returned for refund within 30 days of purchase and in like new condition with all original packaging and accessories. Prepaid Pin/Refill Card sales are non-refundable/exchangeable. Returns must be made at the location purchased from. Any Returns of BOGO items will be applied at the lowest price on receipt.
